Our home is a freshly renovated apartment in a 200-year-old building in the village of Les Tines. Hike or bike right out the front door, walk to the Flégère resort or take easy bus or train connections to the other Chamonix ski resorts. -- Our apartment is newly renovated in a historic building in the village of Tines in the heart of the Chamonix Valley. Hiking and mountain biking at the foot of the door, Flégère within walking distance and the other ski resorts a few bus or train stops away. The space This has been our home since 2019, and was completely renovated in 2020 with beautiful materials and style. It was our primary residence for two years (including COVID lockdowns!) so we had time to work out all the kinks. We are now happy to share it with all our guests. Features include a master bedroom, adult bunk beds, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, a full size bathroom with bathtub, a balcony for outdoor dining, washer and dryer inside the unit, and free private parking space (a big deal in the Chamonix valley!). Alex has been a professional adventure photographer for over ten years and has put prints of his work all over the apartment. -- We have lived in this apartment since 2019 and completely renovated it in 2020. It has been our primary residence for over two years (including covid lockdowns!) and we've had time to adjust all the little details that make all the difference. You will find a bedroom with a double bed and mountain views, a second bedroom with bunk beds for adults, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, a large bathroom with bathtub, a large balcony for outdoor dining, washer and dryer in the apartment and several private parking spaces. Alex has been a professional adventure photographer for over 10 years and exhibits his work in the apartment. Guest access You will have access to the whole space, with the exception of a few closets where we store some belongings. You also have access to the private parking lot. There is no access to the basement or ski lockers. -- You have access to the entire apartment, except for a few closets where we keep some belongings. You have access to the residence's private parking lot. There is no access to the cellar or ski locker (we store skis on the balcony). Other things to note We finally have fiber optic! Symmetrical 500Mb/s and perfect quality for TV, zoom calls or whatever other data needs you may have. We include train tickets for all guests for the duration of your stay, -- La fibre est enfin arrivée !
