The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully equipped The space The apartment has its own private entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen – cooking utensils and electrical appliances are included – and a one space bedroom and living room that can accommodate up to four people. In the same space there is a working desk adequately equipped so that you can catch up with work comfortably and quietly. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wardrobes, a bookcase and a large comfy armchair in which you can unwind while reading your favourite book. The bathroom has been recently renovated and there is a shower with warm water 24/7, toiletries and soap are also provided. The external space has a small private yard with a gazebo and a garden. Both places are ideal for you to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine during the evening hours surrounded by flowers. Guest access You can very easily reach this apartment and this is actually a great advantage. The metro station and several bus stations heading downtown are literally a minute away from the house. You can arrive here easily, either by plane (Athens International Airport) or boat (Central Port of Pireus) and accordingly move downtown using the underground or the southern suburb beaches (Glyfada, Alimos, Voula, Varkiza etc.) using a bus. Private parking is provided, but free parking is also an option. Other things to note At a walking distance there are several, traditional taverns, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Nearby someone can find a variety of stores, pharmacy, supermarkets, small parks with playgrounds and sports centres. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. There roads are wide with bike lanes, where you can enjoy walking, cycling or running. The apartment can easily accommodate a four-member family, couples or even co-workers who visit Athens for business.
