Studio 2057 is a perfect space for 1-3 people visiting Los Angeles for an event in Hollywood, DTLA, Sofi-Stadium, The Forum, The Staple Center, and LA LIVE. Located 10 minutes from the beach, this duplex is nestled in a neighborhood of new and long-time residents. Our newly installed windows, doors, and Central Air and Heating will make for a super comfortable stay year-around. We look forward to hosting you during your stay in the city of angels. The space Cozy with high ceilings and charming relics. A huge backyard full of award winning orchids, variety of bird species, and a koi pond. Guest access The property listed is a secondary unit and my family and I live in the primary unit. The two units are separated by a dividing wall and have plenty privacy from each other. The entrance to this unit is accessed behind the blue gate next to the porch.
