Bioclimatic studio with patio in a beautiful village

This studio apartment is a building of bioclimatic and ecological construction, with almost zero energy consumption, a simple but comfortable place where I hope you want to extend your stay and return. It has a very nice patio where you can enjoy the air. It is well equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and rest. It is an open, bright, cozy, natural space and perfect to find the peace we are looking for. The space Studio apartment with large windows facing south, with a porch that protects from the summer sun and allows the winter sun to enter the house, with a patio with good views, an outdoor space where you can observe birds that always flutter around the environment and from where you can contemplate the relaxing sea of holm oaks and beautiful sunsets. This studio is very well insulated with natural materials, and in case it needs to be heated or cooled, it has a radiant-cooling floor by aerothermal, very comfortable and cozy. It is very bright, cheerful, modern and at the same time very traditional, simple and pleasant. There is a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a bed. It is located in a beautiful village of just 20 inhabitants, Cabañas del Castillo, on the side of a rock and at the foot of a small castle. Guest access We have a small laundry room that only guests and owners can use. You have to request it in advance as it is closed and only opens if requested. Other things to note The village is small and has no store, but it does have a very nice cafe-restaurant, Casa Terrona. 7 km away, in Solana de Cabañas, there are also good places to eat (Doña Tomasa restaurant). You eat well at a good price. In Solana there is another place to eat tapas: Bar La Bombonera.
