The Barkhouse is the only fully tree supported structure in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Located just minutes from all the major attractions in the area and only 5 miles from the Greenbriar entrance to the GSMNP. Enjoy the seclusion of 25 acres of trees with amazing views of the river and the mountains plus all the comforts of home. The Barkhouse is engineered with a beautiful live White Pine growing through the center of the treehouse. Enjoy stargazing through the skylight. The Barkhouse has a kitchen area with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster oven, single electric burner, and coffee maker. Enjoy charcoal grilling outdoors on your private deck or using the fire pit shared with the other treehouse located on the property. Spend time inside resting on yoga mats in the suspended cargo net area. Extra toiletries and supplies are located under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. If there are any issues please contact the host or cohost as soon as possible after checkin. A door code will be given prior to arrival to enter the premise. Once inside the treehouse the entire (black circle) locking mechanism will need to be turned clockwise or counterclockwise to unlock or lock the door. Please enter the driveway located at 4302 Pittman center rd. You will find an access road at the end of the driveway. The access road will take you to the properties. No pets! We strictly enforce the no pet policy!!!
