Jacobsbaai is a quaint Cape West coast village well known for its unique West coast architecture and hospitality. The space A great home for a family or group of friends. This well furnished private home is only available over the festive season and is an awesome place to create great memories. The large open plan living area comprising of lounge, dining and kitchen area, allows for different activities to be carried out whilst still being together. The patio leads out from the living area creating yet another space for relaxing. The main bathroom is a "wet bathroom" with no shower cubicle as such. The en suite bathroom leads off the 1st bedroom, which has an outside door and second patio area. Bedroom 2 is a cozy comfortable room with a double bed. The garage room (bedroom 3) has two single Murphy beds (fold down beds) and place for stretchers to be set up. The kitchen is well equipped with the normal stove, dishwasher etc. There is a washing machine and freezer space. All in all a home with everything required for a great getaway. Guest access Guests will have access to the lower level, which consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge and dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, patio and outside garden/washing line area. There is off street parking for 5 cars. All of the above facilities would be for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note The house is a double storey and the upstairs bedroom (owners bedroom) which is not rented and is also not occupied by the owner when the house is rented.
