Welcome to our Family Farm In beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park on Southern Edge, Perfect for large groups/families, Hen & stag parties, celebration birthdays WiFi, Large open Plan kitchen Dining room and Two converted horse boxes 10 mins to Bike Park Wales, 40 mins drive from Cardiff & Swansea Secluded area ideal for walking, relaxing in the country side, with a large Games Barn Pets welcome Optional extras include hot tub. CCTV Security cameras located on farm yard. The space Guests will have full access to the Lower Isaf Farm, which includes the Farm House and Horse Boxes. The Farm House is a beautifully converted space, with 3 large bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen and dining room, a snug with a log burner, 2 full bathrooms and an additional toilet, utility room and garden space/patio area. Hetty and Harri are individually converted horse boxes which comprise of an above the cab king size bed, kitchen, small dining area, sofa bed, log burner, private individual shower and toilet and garden space. Both the Farm House and the Horse Boxes have their own hot tub areas which can be arranged through a local provider for an additional cost, we can arrange this on your behalf. The spaces are ideal for large families or groups of friends, coming to visit the local beauty spots or looking for an adventure at Bike Park or Pen Y Fan. We are happy to accept group celebrations, birthdays, stags and hen's as well as corporate get togethers and team building weekends. We welcome pets. 10 minutes to Bike Park Wales (secure bike lock up on request) 25 minutes to the start of Pen-y-Fan. 30 minutes from Cardiff / Swansea. The space in the house. Bedroom 1 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 1 single bed 1 set of bunk beds, double on the bottom, single on the top. Bedroom 3 1 double bed 1 single bed 1 set of single bunk beds. Ensuite shower room and toilet. additional floor mattresses are available for additional sleeping spaces. 1 full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs. Downstairs has an open plan country style kitchen and a large dining room table and small "cwtch" with a TV. The snug consists of a comfy sofa for 10 and additional chairs, a log burner and TV. Games barn at bottom of drive with pool table / beer pong and twinkly lights set up space for disco lights. There is a garden and patio area with seating, BBQ and a small private patio out front. The Horse Boxes have a comfy above the cab bed that is accessed via steps so please be mindful on accessibility. There is a small kitchen containing a 2 ring gas burner, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, and all cutlery and crockery. A sofa bed, additional floor mattress (or mattress topper) is also available. A log burner and TV complete the cosy unique space. ALL bedding, towels, consumables, cutlery and crockery are provided. All noise outside is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm. Additional paid extra's to make your stay extra special: * Helsinki Lazy Spa Hot Tub* If you are looking to make your stay more fun / special, I have an outside lazy spa hot tub which sits 6/8 people available upon request at an additional charge. All prices are variable and discounted from the company as I use them regularly. We provide a fire basket for your stay and please let us know if you want to purchase additional fire wood, or feel free to bring your own dry seasoned wood. * four legged friends * The property is family friendly and you are more than welcome to bring pets with you. We charge for dogs, please enquire on an individual basis. We are a working farm and so all pets are expected to be on a lead at all times when not in the house and to be kept off the furniture, Guest access Idyllically located within the Brecon Beacons National Park, awarded Dark Skies status in 2012 which is only 1 of 5 places in the world provide stunning star gazing on a clear night. Ample parking for the Farm House and each Horse Box has its own parking space. There are many many activities to do in the area to suit all ages and tastes, please see the information provided in the welcome pack, or we are happy to answer any questions. Your own transport is highly advised, however you can access us via public transport. The properties are all self check in and you will be sent the access codes on your day of arrival. Other things to note We have several other Airbnb listings across the Farm should you want to increase the number of guests, we would be happy to try and accommodate. Please check out all the "No Parking" areas as the farm is accessed by other land owners and you don't want to be knocked up at 5am to move your car.
