ROOM-RENTAL: Location is in naturepark "Halimun" - You sleep high between the mountains and beautiful nature. No polution, no stress, a lot of space and plenty things to do in the area. Although you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, it is only 20 minutes from the centre of the city. The bedroom is comfortable and the building unique, with Art and good vibes. Your bedroom is private, but you share the facilities with other guest- in total 5 bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet&hot shower. The space Beside your bedroom and a LOT of space outside - you have access to the showerroom with hot water and standard european toilet. The livingroom, where you can sit is outside your bedroom, with the patio outside where you can relax and do your breakfast,lunch and dinner. Also outside we have a toilet that you can use. Because this is a private property, you feel like you have the whole place for yourself !...You can take walks to an old abandoned castle ( mini "Hogwarts") and gaze to all the mountains around you. Our "HALIMUN-HOSTEL" distinguishes itself by also offering camping-space on a common site and by offering more private bedrooms. We have 6 bedrooms, 3 camping grounds, two shower rooms with toilets, an outdoor kitchen and a large terrace for shared use and also a large outdoor stage where you can organize events / concerts / lectures / movie nights etcetera......and above all, you have a wide range of freedom in outdoor space, because you stay in a private part of this national park. "HALIMUN-HOSTEL" and "BUTTERFLY BED & BREAKFAST" are located in the natural environment of Pondok Lembah Halimun in West Java Indonesia..... Surrounded by mountains, tea plantations and vegetable fields and the jungle is around the corner as it were.... Pondok Halimun is a real attraction. The location at the foot of Mount Gede presents a very comfortable, cool and soul-soothing atmosphere. Guest access The parking is free everywhere.....If you leave the property through the main gate, you can go Left to the camping ground where you can barbeque and go to the right if you want to go to the City to shop or to have a good meal. Other things to note The area you stay in, is in a Valley....the road from the main Gate is bumpy and full of little rocks....this 700 meter long entrance is however beautiful because of the magnificent vieuw over the valley and in the night you can see the skyline of the City with all the lights beneath. Beside the main gate there is a professional cafe/restaurant ( "Cafe Katering" is the name) where you can lunch and have dinner if you like. 300 meters further from this place you can visit cafe/restaurant " Valley Vieuw" with their large terrace with the beautiful vieuw over the area. If you dont like to walk or you want to go further away, you can rent a scooter ( 6 euro a day ). For sightseeing, day trips, weekend arrangements and events you can ask for tips & brochures at the reception.
