Guesthouse in Soldotna

Our wonderful Guest Suite on one wooded acre is located less than 5 miles south of Soldotna. Come and unwind in your private studio retreat. It includes a separate private bathhouse on the outdoor deck with kitchenette and your own outside entrance. The home is surrounded by Alaska's wilderness and within two minutes of a small store, gas station, liquor store, and trails to hike and explore. Come enjoy the exclusion and uniqueness here. We call it glamping taken to the next level The space A beautifully appointed private Studio Suite with Alaskan accents and private detached Bathhouse with separate entrance from outside. Both Suite and Bathhouse have your own private access shared on your deck. Our well provides excellent water you can enjoy right out of the tap. Whether you are looking for romance or adventure you will find it here! There is not a separate bedroom in Suite. It is a Studio. We also offer freezer space for Guest use. Guest access Main house is private and guest will not be disturbed in their own separate area, however, you may see and hear us coming and going and around the yard. We absolutely love to visit with our Guests but if you prefer solitude we appreciate that too! We have a fire pit we use often that you are welcome to enjoy with us or alone if inclined. Suite includes a queen bed, full size couch, small table with two chairs, small dresser, hanging area for clothes, and cushioned stool, and large smart TV. Guest Bathhouse is directly across from Suite on same deck and is used only by Guests. It has a toilet, stand shower, sink, and a kitchenette area with counter space, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Main house, garage, shop, and green house are for owner's use. Please feel free to explore the surrounding trails. Watch for Alaska's beautiful wildlife from a respectful distance. Always have your cameras ready! Other things to note There is a dedicated Guest parking space in front of Suite and a small set of stairs to enter the Suite and deck sitting area. This is a 100% NON-SMOKING AirBnB property. There is no smoking allowed anywhere nor any allotted area. One family cat lives on property and may wander over to greet you but is not allowed in Suite or Bathhouse. Neighbor cats may occasionally wander onto our property yet guest Suite is strictly Pet-free. All items in suite and on property are not to be removed. Please do not move furniture. Suite and Bathhouse both have electric heaters that you may use as you like but please turn off when you leave the property. They heat both very quickly.
