Idyllic getaway in Pays d’Othe Welcome to our 120 m² country house, renovated to combine period charm with modern comfort. Just 1.5 hours from Paris, near Chablis, enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Highlights: 🏊 Relaxation: Heated pool (9 x 5 m) from mid-May to September. 🌿 Nature: Large 1,000-square-meter property and forest walks. 🍷 Local area: Local markets and vineyards nearby. 🎲 Leisure activities: Foosball, ping-pong, badminton, and darts, plus pétanque courts nearby The space The interior space: Ground floor: Large, equipped kitchen opening onto a cozy dining room with a fireplace. Cozy living room with pellet stove and corner sofa. Modern bathroom (walk-in shower) + separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 spacious double bedrooms and a “dormitory area” ideal for children (2 single beds + 2 bunk beds). A second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Outdoors & Pool: Enjoy a private garden with terrace, barbecue, and deck chairs. Note on the pool: 1.20 m (3.9 ft) deep and heated. We live in the second house on the property. Although the pool is technically shared, we will give you exclusive use of it during your stay (except in exceptional cases of very hot weather, when we will be completely discreet). Our two furry companions (a female dog and a female cat) will be delighted to meet you if you wish. “Hotel-style” services: 🥐 Breakfast on request (homemade!). 🧺 Pool kit (beach towel): €8/person 🧀 Complimentary loan of raclette, pierrade (stone grill), or crêpe-party appliances. 👶 Free baby equipment (folding crib, high chair).
