The house from below with beautiful heated pool

With friends or family, come and meet in this completely renovated independent house with heated pool and enjoy a moment in the countryside 1.5 hours from Paris, 35 minutes from Sens, 40 minutes from Chablis, 45 minutes from Auxerre, 55 minutes from Troyes. Our accommodation is located in a small, quiet hamlet close to nature (forests and fields) in the heart of the Othe countryside. The space This 120 m2 house is located on a 1000 m2 lot. It has been completely renovated respecting the old charm: beams, stone walls, open fireplace,etc. We live in a second house on the property. We share our daily lives with a cat and a dog. The pool is shared with us but in general we do not use the pool when tenants have booked the house except in the case of very high temperatures. The pool area is isolated and we know how to be discreet. The pool is adapted to the size of the house and offers all the safety expected for the children (1.20 m deep over the entire surface, and 9 mX5 m), in addition to being heated via a heat pump. The pool is heated from mid May to September depending on the weather conditions. A pétanque court and two basketball hoops are accessible 50 meters away, tennis courts are 2 km away. We provide you with table tennis table, badminton net, babyfoot and electronic target to spend convivial moments. Walking or biking trails are nearby. In the village 2km away, many shops await you: bakery, butcher and grocery store, hairdresser, beautician, not to mention local producers where you will find eggs, cheese, flour, vegetables, beer and salt... Nearby markets on Mondays in St Florentine (10 km), Wednesdays in Aix en Othe (15 km) and Joigny (30 km) on Thursdays in Migennes (19 km) on Fridays in Brienon sur Armançon (12 km), Saturdays in St Florentin and Joigny, and Sundays in Brienon sur Armançon and Chablis (37 km). Breakfasts or dinners are available upon request. Outside, you will have a grassy area that surrounds the house. At your disposal, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrella and charcoal grill and of course the heated pool. Inside, on the ground floor: a well equipped kitchen open to a dining room with an open fireplace, a living room with TV and convertible corner sofa and a pellet stove, a bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine and toilet and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 dormitory-style bedroom with 2 single beds and two bunk beds, a mezzanine, a bathroom with Italian shower and 1 toilet. Guest access Upon arrival, we will give you the keys in person. Other things to note We can provide a crib and high chair free of charge. If your children (or adults) want to sleep outside in a tent, this is quite possible, please contact us to explain the terms. We can provide you with a "pool" kit (beach towel) for your stay for 8 euros/person. This price includes rental, washing and linen change every week. Check-in times can be more flexible if the place is available before your booking and your checkout can be delayed if there is a long enough gap after our next guests. We can lend you free of charge for your stay: a raclette, stone grill or pancake maker. Other things to note Remember to bring your towels for the pool as well as inflatable mattresses or buoys.
