Nestled on the Lancashire/ Yorkshire border in a rural setting, it’s an ideal place to relax & unwind with the family or a couples getaway. There’s fantastic views over to the golf course and surrounding countryside. An ideal spot for the outdoor enthusiast, with walking & biking routes right from the doorstep, the Leeds & Liverpool canal is less than 1 mile away. A great location to explore our fantastic local area. The space Established in October 2021, Fairway View is a stone structured bungalow. It oozes space & elegance with its open plan living/ kitchen/dining area and volted ceiling with skylights. The bi-folding doors flood the area with natural light and offer views out to the open countryside. The decor is stylish and modern with a quirky rustic vibe. The open plan living / kitchen / dining area: Living - large corner sofa and 2 x snuggle chairs, coffee table, plus 50 inch smart TV Kitchen - fully fitted kitchen with granite work top, fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob and dishwasher, plus plenty of storage space. Dining - 12ft dining table, 8 x cross back chairs. Highchair available on request. The Bedrooms: 2 x king with en-suite, plus patio doors giving access onto the patio area. 1 king 1 x twin All supplied with Egyptian cotton linen and all fitted with smart TV’s. Travel cot available on request (please bring own bedding). The Bathrooms: Family bathroom with large walk-in shower and bath. 2 x en-suites with rainfall showers and hand held shower heads. Towels and bath mats provided. We kindly ask guests to avoid using fake tan during their stay, as it can permanently stain the linen and towels The entrance: Shoe/ boot rack, plus coat stand. Outside: A substantial flagged patio, hot tub with LED lighting, private secure garden, seating area and large parking area. Plus, those far reaching views over to the golf course and countryside. The Heating: You will always be nice and toasty with under floor heating throughout the whole of the property. Games box: A selection of indoor games/ activities, full of all the family favourites. A great way to keep all ages entertained, especially on a rainy day. Guest access Private parking area right outside the property, can easily accommodate up to 4 cars.
