Pickleball paddles and ping pong paddles are also provided. ⭐ Parking: Space for up to four cars. ⭐ RV and Boat Parking: Ample space is provided for parking both RVs (without hook-ups) and boats. ⭐ Private Areas: Please note that the two sheds on the property are off-limits as they are used for yard and pool maintenance. Other things to note 🏡 Backyard & Pool ✨ The pool is heated to 80°F from November to March for your comfort. ✨The private pickleball court is ready for year-round play. Pickleball paddles and ping pong paddles are also provided. ✨ The backyard is gated for added security. Please keep the gate closed at all times. ✨ The back patio door is equipped with a safety child lock positioned high on the door. ✨ Important: Swim at your own risk, and note that there is a pond next to the property—no swimming allowed in the pond. ✨ The fire pit is available for use - We stock firewood once for the season but do not replenish it. If you need firewood, the Home Depot sells starter logs and firewood. Matches and a lighter should be in the outdoor kitchen box or inside the kitchen drawer. ✨ For boat rentals: we can provide recommendations if needed. 🏖️ Beach Gear & Equipment ✨ We provide beach chairs, towels, noodles, and bikes with helmets for your stay. Please return them to the garage to avoid a fee at check-out. 🔐 Safety & Property Rules ✨ Keep all doors locked and closed to prevent temperature fluctuations and bugs from entering the house. ✨ Do not take indoor furniture outside, as moisture can cause damage. ✨ If there is going to be inclement weather, please put the umbrellas and outdoor cushions in the garage. 🚫 Events & Visitors ✨ We are not licensed to host events on the property due to insurance and fire code restrictions. ✨ Please ensure any visitors are approved in advance to avoid trespassing concerns. ✨ No Pets: Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fee.
