House in Cabo Polonio - La Calavera Beach

The "Fantástico" is a spacious 52 m2 house in the first row on La Calavera Beach in Cabo Polonio, where pirates raided, fished and left the bones that give rise to that mystical name. The village is close, but not so close that it bothers you. You can choose between lighting with candles - in our traditional style - or with dim 12v LED lights, but what you can't miss is the magic of the starry nights, enjoying them by the stove is wonderful!! Lighthouse, dunes.... The space The house has two well-defined bedrooms upstairs for four people. One with a double bed, and an incredible ocean and wolf island view. Another very small one with a bunk bed. On the ground floor we have a sofa bed so that some guests can spend a night, or so that up to 6 people can live together using the living room. It can be set up as a double bed or two separate beds. Just in case it rains in summer, and not to mention out of season on cold nights in Cabo, we have a great iron stove with an oven. The kitchen is integrated into the environment, with a bar that serves as a dining table. Equipment: refrigerator with freezer, super gas kitchen with 4 burners and oven, gas heater that provides us with hot water in bathroom and kitchen. We have a 350-liter tank that we fill with a pump from the water tank, and a pressurizing pump that improves the water pressure. The electrical installation is solar, with panels, battery and regulator that provides us with 220v power, so charging your cell phones or notebook will not be a problem. For security, a necessary evil, we have a lockbox with a key in which notebooks can also be stored. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost of $1000 per person. Guest access In our "ranch", the Fantastic, we can enjoy the day or night moving on either side, always looking for the sun or dodging the wind, which sometimes complicates a little. Other things to note Very close to the beach you get to the village, where there is all the daytime and nightlife with bowling alleys and restaurants. There is the Lujambio store & grocery store, or more centrally the Chispa, to do the shopping. For the night stove, or eventually the iron stove inside, you can easily buy firewood. To the east the dunes, five kilometers of beach until you reach the rocky point under the hill of Buena Vista, in front of the Island of Castles.
