The accommodation is suitable for families and offers a large number of sports and cultural activities nearby, from tennis courts to outdoor swimming pools, hiking and cycling trails, restaurants, wineries and many others. The space On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen connected to the dining room and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need during your stay - dishes, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and ice storage, stove and hot air oven. The space continues with a dining table, which comfortably seats 8 people, and ends with a spacious living room with numerous and especially comfortable places to sit or lounge by the fireplace. At the end of the living room, you will find an office desk with a comfortable chair, which can serve as a practical work corner. Above the living room there is a gallery with a seating area, an oasis of peace perfect for relaxing, reading books or observing the surrounding nature. The villa also offers three spacious bedrooms on the first floor, all equipped with comfortable double beds. If necessary, we will also be happy to provide a cot and a chair for the youngest guests. The villa has two bathrooms, one smaller on the ground floor, and one more spacious on the first floor, as well as an entrance dressing room on the ground floor, as well as a practical dressing room on the first floor. The villa is located in a large common garden, surrounded on one side by a forest, and there are two other villas on the property, which are inhabited by our family. Guest access The villa is easily accessible by car or bus from Bratislava and its wider surroundings. Directly in front of the villa, there are two free parking spaces with shelter, on request we can provide more parking spaces.
