Other things to note This is a no smoking property. This includes smoking outside on the porch or anywhere near the house. Immediate $250 fine will be assessed for evidence of smoking in or around the house or for any heavy cigarette or smoke smell noted inside at your departure. Anyone caught violating these rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund and the fine and any additional damages will be assessed.
