Over 100ft of lake front shore, enjoy fishing, swimming and ice fishing during your stay. Conveniently located less than a mile from down town evart, the Muskegon river, state land property and more. After a day of play, relax and enjoy the WiFi and smart TV. This location is perfect for anything from a quiet family get away or for friends getting together to reconnect! The space The home is conveniently located near town for necessities but also provides a peaceful get away on the lake. Enjoy the lake front all year round. Located a quarter mile from Pere Marquette trail perfect for snowmobiling in the winter. Ice fishing is amazing on Lake Lure, bring your gear! One queen bed, one bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom. There’s a full fold out couch as well. In total, this allows for 6-7 guests to comfortably share sleeping arrangements. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property. The property lines are marked with 4 copper color poles, two on the west side of the property (front yard) and two on the east side (shore side). For winter, it’s highly suggested that guests have 4x4 or AWD. We will be able to plow the drive way often; however, we can’t promise to be available 24/7 when we are getting snow during your stay. Please communicate needs and we can figure out a plan for your winter stay if you don’t have 4x4 or AWD. The lake is about 60 acres, a no wake lake and is treated for weeds. However, with the no wake, there are frogs and other critters along the bank. We are working to continue utilizing the beach/swim area until it is free of weeds and full of only sand! Other things to note The fire place indoors is not usable and is only for looks due to insurance purposes. Kayaks are available if requested in advance (during summer months only, may-October). If kayaks are present during your stay, feel free to use them, we just cannot guarantee they will be present unless requested in advance. Pet friendly. Please note, no pets on the furniture or in the beds. We ask that pets are not left alone in the home without being appropriately crated. Also, ensure you clean up after your pets when they relieve themselves outside. All of the pet friendly rules allow for us to continue hosting pets without an extra fee. As long as everyone works to keep the pet evidence (hair/sand/potty outside) minimal, we will be able to continue without a pet fee :)
