A comfortable stay of approx 139 square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including open paddocks and half of the farm. Please keep in mind, that the other half is a pastured egg farm, which guests are not allowed to enter. Other things to note - Wifi is not available - No smoking allowed on the property - Free firewood is available for guests to use - BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit are available for use - Mobile reception is good for Telstra and Optus - Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed - Please advise that we have eight working dogs on the chicken farm - Please take note to dispose of your trash properly, as we provide recycling bins for guests to use - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Please also note that the pond behind the tiny home has never been accessible (it’s a very shallow muddy pool full of reeds).
