Entire one-bedroom apartment in the Cow House

Our sunny, modern 1 bedroom 1 bathroom garden apartment is in the quiet "Crocker Amazon" neighborhood of San Francisco. It is 15 minutes from SFO and 35 minutes from the Financial District. Guests have private access to the whole apartment including bedroom, bathroom, living & dining rooms, kitchen, and garden access. Access to major freeways is fast and easy, and mass transit is steps away. One off-street parking spot and laundry are available as needed. The space Located in the quiet "Crocker Amazon" neighborhood of San Francisco, the apartment is great for tourists and business travelers alike. It is flooded with natural light through large windows and doors and includes a well-equipped kitchen, blazing fast Wi-Fi and is steps away from mass transit and major freeways. The apartment is part of our house, with its own private entrance. It is a short walk to local grocery, restaurants, and drug stores. John McLaren Park, San Francisco's second largest park, is down the block and offers children's playgrounds, over 7 miles of hiking trails and beautiful vistas. The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed that sleeps two. If you require a separate bed, we can set up a twin bed in the living room. We can accommodate 3 adult guests (assuming two guests share the queen bed, and one guest uses the airbed in the living room). For families with small children, we have either a Pack-n-Play for a baby. For older children, either a toddler-sized cot or small air bed can be placed in the main bedroom. For safety, we place a child lock on the kitchen cabinet door and covers in the floor outlets. There are also a few toys, books, games and craft supplies available. Guest access Guests have fast and easy access to both US 101 and 280. Mass transit - including Muni (bus and rail) and BART are within walking distance. One off-street parking spot is available as needed. Most Bay Area mass-transit accept payment via the ClipperCard app (download from your app store). Other things to note We live upstairs in the main part of the house with our very big puppy, Mack. The garden areas are shared space, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
