A nicely presented two double bed, second floor apartment, set in the bustling atmosphere of the popular St James Street. The accommodation comprises of two double rooms, one shower with separate Wc, fully fitted kitchen and open plan dining/lounge area. This property is situated in a very busy popular location in Brighton which draws a friendly, eclectic mix of people. It is possible to hear street noise on occasions. Please note this property does not have a lift). The space The apartment is on second floor accessed through a shared communal stairway. Once inside the beautifully decorated apartment you will be happy to find a very cozy and comfortable open plan kitchen and seating area. Plus two double bedrooms that over look St James Street. Check in time is from 3pm, but you will be messaged if it is available beforehand. Check out is anytime before 11am however if agreed to and paid for in advance this can be extended to midday for an extra fee. Please enquire about this. WIFI is unlimited. Please note the property is situated in a central location and has potential for noise on occasions. Unfortunately this apartment has no disabled access and is not suitable for those with mobility impairments. Guest access The whole flat is solely available to you throughout your stay. Self check-in with key safe box. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is for sole use of the guests on a booking only. No smoking in the apartment. No parties allowed. Missing door key : £100 per key for any missing/damaged/stolen key Late checkout: £50 charge for guests that remain in the property past checkout time without prior agreement.
