Back up Generator in home. The space 3br 3ba private home in Lajas. Quiet & safe location near several beaches. 10 min to Boqueron, 10 min to Parguera. Private 4ft above ground pool. additional sitting pool. wifi. alot of outdoor space. large open patio. Living room w/ smart tv, Dining area w/ seating for 7. clean kitchen. no dishwasher, plug in water heaters in bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have a walk thru. large master bedroom. Cieling fans in living room & air conditioning in bedrooms. The yard has fruit trees, coconut trees, an outdoor shower. carport w/space for several cars or a boat. Guest access Guests have access to the main house & laundry room. Guests are not allowed in kennels, tool shed or workshop in back of the house. the owner has a locked linen and supply closet in master bedroom that is off limits for guests. Other things to note The Pool is shocked & sanitized before & after each stay. pool towels can be taken to the beach. 10 pool towels are provided. guest will be charged $20 for each missing pool towel.
