The kitchenette is supplied with coffee (Keurig), a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and even a little something to get you started for breakfast. There is fast WIFI, and a Smart TV with cable. Log in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon accounts. All the essentials. Let all the light and mountain scenery in, or close the blinds for a nice nap. HBO max included. Your Luxury Suite has a private entrance and is one of three suites in the lower portion of this custom-built home crafted by Chuck and his beautiful late wife Aimee. Chuck lives onsite, feel free to say hello and introduce yourself. "We built our home with the desire to host and designed this space with you in mind. This space is special to us. We hope you feel the same. There are so many fun and tasteful decor decisions that we're sure you'll enjoy." Aimee and Chuck Important notes: Note 1: The driveway is gravel with switchbacks and incline (to get up to the views). All-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended year-round and required in the winter months. If significant weather conditions occur that we deem makes the road/driveway too dangerous to travel on with AWD, we will issue a penalty free cancellation. Note 2: This suite is designed for 2 adults only and is not suitable for infants or children Note 3: There is central heat and air conditioning. However, there is not an allowance for guests to control the main thermostat. We do have an additional small heater that you are able to control. If you're uncomfortable, just let us know we can adjust the central thermostat. Note 4: The deck, outdoor dining and outdoor living spaces are communal and shared with the other suites. Note 5: Due to asthma and lung issues, we kindly request that you leave furbabies at home so that we can provide a safe atmosphere for our family and other people who may have medical conditions/allergies.
