Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this French themed suite is both stylish & romantic w/a private outside entrance, well-stocked kitchenette, spa-like private bathroom w/rainfall shower, king bed & breathtaking views from the expansive deck (may be shared if our other suite if it's booked). The space Experience the perfect blend of indulgence, comfort, and natural beauty in this custom-designed suite. Nestled in the High Country yet just minutes from Boone/ASU, this serene retreat offers breathtaking long-range views, an outdoor living/dining area, and a seasonal wildflower garden. The meticulously clean suite features a luxurious king bed with plush bedding, a spa-inspired bathroom with dual showerheads (rainfall and handheld) and a European heated towel rack. The ensuite kitchenette is stocked with essentials: Keurig coffee maker, coffee, teas, snacks, sugar, creamer, mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. You’ll also find a full-length mirror, large closet, extra blankets, thoughtful lighting, and a selection of soaps, shampoos, and lotion. Relax with mountain views and natural light, or close the blinds for a peaceful nap. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi, watch cable TV, or log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon on the Smart TV. The expansive deck may be shared if our second suite (max 2 adults, no children) is also booked, but it’s generously sized with multiple seating areas: a dining table for 4, cozy chairs and couch, and a separate fire table area. ** Before booking, please read "Important Notes" below (related to cancellations, pets, parking winter weather etc.) Guest access Your suite has a locked, private entrance and is all yours during your stay. There are privacy blinds and well insulated sound walls. You will have complete privacy in your suite, however you may see one or two other adult guests on the deck if the second suite is booked. the deck is expansive with distinct seating areas (including fire table, lounge area and dining table) so even if the other suite is booked, it never feels cramped or awkward. Our suites were designed to be special spaces and we typically have awesome guests, but if you are looking for a stay where you are guaranteed to not interact with/encounter others, this may not be the spot. Other things to note *Important notes* Cancellations- We understand that life happens—but unlike hotels, last-minute cancellations at home-based stays create a significant burden for hosts who’ve held dates in good faith. Adding the travel insurance offered through Airbnb (or another provider) is encouraged, as we’re unable to make exceptions for unexpected personal events—including travel disruptions or illness. Driving/Winter travel- Accessing the house (and views!) requires ascending a short road with steep inclines and switchbacks. Comfort driving on mountain roads is strongly encouraged and AWD is required in the winter. If you are booking during the colder months, please note that if snow or ice makes safe access a concern, we may reach out to ask you to reschedule or cancel your stay. If you need absolute certainty around your reservation (late Oct-early April), an in-town stay may be a better fit. We’ll always give as much notice as possible. Parking- We can only guarantee parking for one car per reservation. Please check with us first if you have an additional vehicle. Children- Although we adore them, the suites are designed for 1 or 2 adults only and is not safeguarded or appropriate for infants or children. Pets- So that we can provide a safe atmosphere for our family and guests with medical conditions/allergies, we do not allow fur babies in the suites.
