Florida Casita with pool & beach 5 min!

Our pool home is just 3 blocks from the intercostal waterway with a boat ramp. The beach is right across the intercostal (5 minutes). We are located in a quiet part of Old Englewood Village. Just a few blocks away is the lively Dearborn St. Within walking distance is shopping, restaurants, bars and water. The beach has beautiful white sand and blue waters but don't miss the intercostal where dolphins and manatees live. Great fishing! The space Our home is a traditional Florida beach house with a private pool. Even though it is an older house we have new comfortable beds in both bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is extra pull out sofa bed in the living room plus more people can be accommodated in the covered lanai where we have an additional pull out sofa. Roughly 1100 sqf of living space. We have a washer in the house. There is a BBQ grill with a lounge area in the backyard next to the pool. The driveway is big but half of it is reserved to accommodate our RV. We have enclosed backyard for your pets and a Lanai with AC where you can leave your pets while you are out for the day. Fire Extinguisher is in the main closet and first aid kit is in the main bathroom. We do provide some essentials like soap and toilet paper. If you ever need anything else, within reason then please ask and we will do our best to provide it. Guest access The house has private entrance, backyard and pool. Other things to note We are dog owners and love pets! However not all of our guests are the same. Some guests are allergic to dog and car hairs. We try to accommodate everyone, so to make it easier for us to clean in between guests if you are bringing a pet please don't let them on the beds or couch. If you must, please bring a blanket so the pet hair don't get stuck to the couch or beds. If you are leaving for the day it might be best to leave your pets in the air-conditioned & locked Lanai in the back of the house. The Lanai doesn't have any carpets so it's easy to clean up if your pet has an accident. We also have an enclosed backyard where you can let your pets have fun but please pick up after them. Thanks!
