In a very quiet condominium, with free parking. Room in 80 m2 apartment, offering shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room/co-work space and small balcony, with panoramic views and sunsets. The apartment is a little old, we are quietly renovating. The hallway and living room are still in their "juice", but the rest is refreshed and offers a serene and inexpensive place. Epicerie des Sources at the foot of the building, at an affordable price. The space The bedroom is private with a desk, large wardrobe and shelves in a wall closet. The common areas give access to a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle… utensils and everything you need to cook). Basic products are available. The shared living/workspace gives access to the balcony and a beautiful sunset. Guest access Free parking in the condominium. Shared space in the cellar to store your bike. During your stay I won't be there in person, but I plan to talk to you before and during your stay. I'll greet you via video and Annie, the grocer at the foot of the building, will be on site to give you your keys and follow up if needed Other things to note If you don't mind, we'd appreciate it if you took off your shoes at the entrance, as a hygiene measure. The bedroom floors are made of untreated wood and we would like to keep them pristine. Thank you so much.
