Sit-down kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances. The apartment has one queen and one full bed, both with new memory foam mattresses. Private deck for exclusive use of guests and reserved, off-street parking. We are one block off Main Street with easy access to shops and restaurants and walking distance to beach. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full (or double). Both have very comfortable memory foam mattresses. There is ample closet and drawer space, ceiling fans and A/C in summer months. The bathroom has both a clawfoot tub and a separate shower. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, a modern range/oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The living room is spacious, with lots of light, comfortable seating, cable TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and plenty of books to choose from. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor with a full flight of steps and therefore not handicap accessible. There is also a private outdoor deck for the exclusive use of our guests and private off-street parking is available. Guest access The apartment is just one block from the center of Southampton Village, so you can walk just about anywhere. It's also about a 15-20 minute walk to the closest beach, which is less than one mile away. A dedicated off-street parking spot is available to guests. There is also street parking available and a free municipal parking lot just two doors up.
