A 1912 bungalow in Rose Park. Original maple floors and vintage kitchen. Central A/C & heat to keep you cozy. Living room with leather couch, chair, and recliner. 55" TV and cable via YouTube TV and Amazon Video. High Speed 1 GB internet with satellites. The 2 bedrooms are connected via Jack & Jill style bathroom with shower/tub. Large walk in closet in master bedroom with plenty of storage and additional TV. 2nd bedroom has built in desk and bookcase for working remotely. Each queen bed includes memory foam mattresses and a solid box spring. Additional 1/2 bath off the laundry room with easy access from the pool/backyard. Vintage collectibles throughout the home with my record collection, books and magazines. OG vintage Youngstown Kitchen sink. Coffee maker and grinder. New Fisher/Paykel refrigerator and GE electric range. UV charcoal filtered water just because it tastes better. Kitchen includes all the utensils and pretty much anything you might need to cook for your family and friends. Large capacity Washer/Dryer with detergent included. Enjoy eating or relaxing in the shade under the bamboo palapa while overlooking the pond, garden, and pool. Or, enjoy the shady or sunny areas around the additional seating in the yard. Large stainless steel bbq grill and all the utensils you may need. Relax in the pool (heating -additional charge) or rely on Mother Nature and the solar cover to heat and keep the pool warm overnight. The pebble bottom pool has benches along the shallow end. LED pool light and lots of seating in and around the pool to enjoy the backyard. Pool towels are included along with a bin full of pool toys, floats, etc.. if you decide to take them to the beach. I also have coolers you can borrow and just about anything you might need during your stay. Guest access Access the entire property includes backyard and swimming pool, and shed. The garage off limits.Plenty of parking in the long driveway for up to 4 cars for you and guests. Other things to note No parties allowed. Please inform owner if having multiple guests visiting. Neighborhood is relatively quiet EXCEPT around 4th of July and NYE lots of large fireworks leading up to and after the Holiday. Some pets may get frightened and large fireworks may startle you and set off car alarms. Pool is directly accessible from the house so there is NOT a gate or a way to keep children away from the pool besides keeping them locked in the house. Swim at your own risk. Gardener onsite every other Friday and accesses the backyard thru side gate from owner’s property but you will be informed first and this can be cancelled/rescheduled upon request.
