Relax on the spacious porch, work in the dedicated space, and cook in the full kitchen. There is a spacious living area with smart TV and smart TV also in the bedroom. Centrally located, 10 mins from the city, walk to downtown Hapeville's dining and breweries. Close to the airport, Porsche, and film studios, it's ideal for work travelers needing a month-long stay in Atlanta. The space Located in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. Walk to a brewery, Family Dollar and nearby shops & restaurants! The house is a charming custom home with high ceilings, large windows and a large living room. There is a front patio to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking basics. (NOTE: there is no dishwasher) The bathroom features a tub/shower combination with the shower head activated by pulling down the ring at the end of the tub spout. The washer and dryer for this unit is located in the basement and is solely for this unit. PLEASE NOTE: The neighboring unit has access to the driveway. You will not be able to park in the driveway, but there is space in front of the home that is free to park although it is not technically a parking pad. Please review the photo of the front of the home and make sure you are comfortable with this. There is even more additional street parking on the corner of the intersection off Sims st. Keep in mind that this is a duplex and you will have a neighbor next door. Guest access You will have access to the home via a smart lock code that will be activated during your stay. The code will be sent in your check in instructions 3 days prior to your arrival. Other things to note ** Keep in mind that this is a duplex and you will have a neighbor next door. The front porch is shared. PLEASE NOTE: this is a duplex with a shared driveway. There is additional parking in front of the duplex even though it is technically not a driveway, guests can park in the space in front of the home. Guests can feel free to park there. We are working to pour a parking pad in front of the duplex soon. Your neighbor has access to the driveway, guests at this unit will need to park in front of home if they can or on the side street off Sims. There is even more additional parking on the corner of the intersection off Sims.
