Rural home easy access to Cambridge and London

Our semi detached, Hay Green house is the much-loved compact home of me and my crazy Golden Retriever, Holly (many photos of whom you will see dotted around), and we would love to share it with you when we are not here. The space Our light and airy home is in the beautiful village of Therfield in Hertfordshire. Set on the Icknield way, within a conservation area, we are surrounded by amazing scenery, hundreds of walks and only minutes from the village playground and the award winning village pub, The Fox & Duck. We are also in easy distance of Historic Cambridge and its surrounding villages (25 min drive), Duxford Museum (20 min drive), London (1 hour by train) and Stansted airport (40 mins). Our house is the perfect base for experiencing the quintessentially English village lifestyle, with access to the bright lights of the city! Inside, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our fully fitted kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Holly is happy to share her comfy dog bed and her toys (which are in her toy box in the lounge), but we do ask no dogs on the beds please! Our compact lounge has a large sofa bed, dining table and comfy chair to relax in, TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Please send me a message if you would like to use the sofa bed and I will provide the bed linen. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a King Size bed and views over the green, the second has 2 single beds. Our large garden leads to the off-road parking at the back of the house.
