This is a second floor unit and requires climbing stairs. One month security deposit rule: For any guest that want to book extra length of months or more, due to airbnb platform is collecting month by month only, we will request the airbnb to hold extra month due to long term lease request to any cancelation happens from guest, to collect one month full rent in advance to hold by airbnb. This security deposit is only release to host if guest canceled the reservation before our commitment . To recover one moth lost from blocked list to search from other guest. Please understand this is to protect host’s smooth booking lost.
