Villa on the beach, private access just below the house. The sound of the sea will calm down your nights, a little pinewood is in front of the house and there are many places to visit around. The area is rich in archaeological sites: you can visit the cities of Sassari, Alghero, Castelsardo and Stintino. The beautiful island of Asinara is visible from the patio. The space The house is part of a condominium family shared with two other families (my relatives) who move there on summer only. Beach access is allowed by about 15 steps. Two patios: one in the north with the sea breeze to cool off on hot days, and one in the south, wind-protected in the days of strong mistral. There is a barbecue if you want to roast something... Guest access The part of the house available is central, between the other two families. The size is environ 80 square meters, are two rooms to rent and there is a wide living space with couch and sofas, kitchen, desks and lunch table. Outdoor, two patios and a large garden.
