Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be exclusively for you. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra). Please check availability with at arrival. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just in case you have problems with allergic reactions. The EV charger is exclusively for Solar charging with our 24 Kw Solar system. If not in use be us, you charge for free. Alternative public chargers are nearby. The space We offer a room in our family house. Please understand that we want you to feel like at home but we also need to feel good about someone we do not know in our house! Specially if you are new on airbnb and without a profile, please briefly introduce yourself when booking with us. In your room you can enjoy privacy and it can be locked. The bathroom is large and has all comfort. It was just renovated in Nov. 2021. Right next to your room we have a gym room with entertainment available for your exercises. We can offer a baby bed if needed (120 X 60 cm). Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Please check-in until 10 PM. Guest access If you like, feel free to enjoy our terrace and garden. During your stay We love to interact with our guests but you are of course totally free to do so. We absolutely respect your wish for privacy if you prefer to stay on your own. Other things to note How to go to the fair ground in Hanover: From our house it‘s a 3 min walk to the train station and a 39 min ride by tram to the fair ground. By car it‘s about 30 min but not recommended during main fairs.
