The Cottage has a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. There is a screened front porch for sitting. A small deck on the back for relaxing next to a fire pit. There is a gas grill and plenty of room for parking. The listing says it sleeps 6 because technically it can with the Queen size bed, Full bed can sleep 2 small people or children and then the sleeper sofa in the living is a queen size bed as well. There is a pack and play for small children. Books, DVD's with a DVD player. There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the back bedroom. There are books, magazines and games. Guest access There are no steps to get into the cottage. This cottage has onsite parking with plenty of room for several vehicles or a boat if you enjoy fishing in one of the nearby lakes. There is a second gate entrance to pull in several vehicles or a boat if you like fishing. Other things to note There will be trash pick-up, and someone will be coming to mow, water and check on the yard and house. If you would like to bring a pet, you can reach out and request there will however be an additional fee for pets. If you have children or pets you need to be prepared to supervise them.
