Located in the heart of nature, the chalet is a 12-minute drive from Mont Ham. The cottage is located in a natural area, close to a small pond and falls of the Nicolet River, all reflecting an enchanting panorama. You have access to water to cool off! The space Le Petit Chaleureux is located in a private estate with several chalets in Ham-Nord. It will please you for the comfort it will provide. The place is quiet, peaceful and ideal for stargazing. From the balcony, you can watch the sun set over the river that runs through the estate. You have access to a swimming area located 50 meters from the chalet, or 1 minute walk where you can observe the falls of the river, swim and kayak (2 kayaks for children included). The living room, kitchen and dining room are open plan, making it a spacious and warm place. The wood fireplace is available to warm your winter evenings (*You must plan to bring your logs*) The chalet has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. You will have a well equipped kitchen, bedding, 6-seater 4-season spa, Netflix, a secluded games room accessible by a walkway, with a functional propane fireplace in fall and winter (early December/mid-March), pool table, air hockey table and dartboard, outdoor module park and children's games. Young and old will love it! *Note that the cellular network has little or no coverage on the cottage premises. You can make calls by enabling Wi-Fi calls (60 Mbps) The estate is very quiet and the cottage is perfect for relaxing and sharing good times with friends or family.
