Dream house in the countryside

Our guest house offers a fantastically beautiful and very individual living situation with oriental flair in the light-flooded house surrounded by nature. Open gable with chill and sleeping gallery. Fireplace, garden, sun terraces, forest views and horse pastures. A house where you can only feel comfortable. Centrally located in the Ruhr area, all the metropolises of NRW can be reached quickly and yet the guest house is located on the "Neckelhof" in the "Rumbachtal" nature reserve in a completely quiet, secluded location. The space The living space is about 75 square meters and stretches over two levels. The upper, open level is equipped with a 2 m x 2 m bed and a "chill lounge." In the lower bedroom there is a 2 m x 1.40 m bed. The house has a fully equipped open kitchen with adjoining bar. The dining table can accommodate 12 people, so of course you can work well there. There is a storage room for cleaning equipment, suitcases, upholstery, drinks, etc. A crib and highchair are available, but the house is not suitable for toddlers due to the open level, the unsecured fireplace and countless candles and floor lanterns. Babies and older children are of course very welcome. Our guest house is a half-timbered house with wooden floors and no basement. Heating is provided by three automatically controlled electric heaters and/or a wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is always available. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an awning. The whole house is very individually decorated in the oriental country house style and has sufficient, unusual dishes and cutlery, countless pillows and many cozy light sources that can immerse the house in colors from 1001 nights in the evening, depending on the mood. Many solar lamps illuminate the surroundings around the house in the evening. All around are our magnificent horse pastures. Sometimes our horses graze right in front of the terrace. Guest access The access through the forest leads exclusively to our property and is only shared with pedestrians. Parking is available in the private parking lot in front of the entrance gate, behind which the house is located directly. Other things to note The house is surrounded by greenery, it is very quiet, except for forest noises and babbling brook, hardly anything can be heard at night. In the event of heavy snowfall, the access through the forest is in very rare cases not accessible by car because it is not cleared, then you have to park on the public street and walk the short forest path.
