A stylish tiny house retreat just 20 mins from downtown Austin. This custom-built tiny house is outfitted with all the modern home amenities you need. Our guests stay when they're here for an event, festival, or just visiting Austin city without being too close to city sounds. It’s spacious for a solo-traveler or couple, & can fit up to 4 people. There's plenty of natural light, a purple mattress in the mezzanine bedroom, toaster oven, hot plate, fridge, bath/shower, aircon/heater & more. The space There's a mezzanine bedroom up top with a queen purple mattress, as well as a queen-size futon below. You’ll be staying in a rural Texas environment. Although we have big ambitions for this space in the future, we are still updating the landscape and environment, so except a rural landscape. Our neighbours have animals, and we are in country Texas, so you may hear a firearm go off sometimes in the evenings. There are 4 other units on the property with other guests, so please be mindful that you are not out there all alone and may see another person or car on the property. The tiny house door faces the groundskeeper and his family’s home. They are very quiet and private, too, so you won’t feel exposed at all. Inside of the tiny house is very private. Guest access The front gate to the property will be open before your arrival. Once you arrive after check-in time, simply drive up to the tiny house and use the check-in instructions you’ve been given upon your booking.
