The space This suite occupies the bottom floor of a large, 3-floor custom Apple Hill residence. It has private parking, private patio and is self contained with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay. The residents do not share parking space or guest suite facilities. NOTE: Residents of the home live on the 3rd floor; the second floor above suite is our common living area and kitchen which has been soundproofed minimizing noise from above and below. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the apartment, parking and amenities.
