We offer lots of entertainment for kids like a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong, and a dart board. The loft has a large bedroom. There is separate space to do your morning Yoga workout, or just sit and read a book with spectacular views. Climb down the spiral staircase to the open concept main floor Great Room. In the Great Room, sit back, warm up and enjoy the ambience of the beautiful floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace.  Relax and watch a movie on the 65 inch Roku TV with Netflix. Energetic? Cook something from a fully equipped kitchen. Walk out the patio door to a large deck to BBQ.  Enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Main floor has a bedroom and bathroom with tub and separate shower. Climb down the spiral staircase to the lower level. The lower level family room has a TV with Nintendo, and board games are available. We also provide a 7' pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, and a dart board to help make family memories. You will also find another bedroom and bathroom with bathtub/shower. Washer & Dryer Forced-air propane furnace.  Wi-Fi and Cellular service is “Good +” Large outdoor fire pit. Plenty of parking. Hiking, biking, ATVing, off-roading, snow shoeing, X-Country skiing, snowmobiling, birdwatching, fishing. Right out your back door. Local park has playground, Basketball court, Skate park and Soccer fields all within walking distance. Hike the famous Cardinal Divide.
