Cozy room and private bathroom - Downtown

*Shared accommodation with myself, NOT the entire apartment* Enjoy your stay in Yellowknife in a modern and cozy condo downtown, close to Frame Lake, City Hall, restaurants and coffee shops. You will have your private bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom right across the hallway (not an ensuite). The space - Second floor of a three-storey building (no elevator) - Great location downtown (54 st) close to Sombake Park and restaurants (Sushi Cafe, Masala Kingdom, Javaroma, etc.) Guest access Shared: kitchen, living room and balcony. Private: your bedroom and bathroom (right across from your bedroom, not ensuite). Bedroom comes with a key if you wish to lock it. There is a code for both the building door and unit door to help with checkin in. A key will be provided for the unit door. During your stay I live in the condo so I'm available to answer any questions. If not around, feel free to message me. Other things to note - Checkin/checkout times can be flexible if there are no conflicts with other bookings. If there is, checkin is 2pm and checkout is 12pm. - No unauthorized guests or house parties are allowed. - This is a quiet building with 6 units only so guests must be respectful of neighbours and keep it quiet during the evening/night (specially after late night tours).
