My apartment is located in a listed Baroque house and has a total of three rooms in addition to a bathroom and kitchen, spread over approximately 60 square meters/2 floors. The apartment is wonderful for families as well as couples or professional stays. It is very bright and minimalist. I myself work in the field of architecture and use the apartment for my professional stays in Weimar and particularly appreciate the sensationally good park and old town location. The space There are three high-quality solid wood desks in different places in the apartment. The Wi-Fi helps for efficient working and a cozy sofa for relaxing, but also yoga accessories or meditation pillows. In the apartment, TV and electronic devices that are not absolutely necessary were deliberately avoided. In addition to the living room and bedroom (we call it the "sleeping floor"), there is a nice small study, equipped with a solid wood desk and a pull-out double bed. The apartment is very well maintained overall and has a new high-quality kitchen (including a small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, etc.). The bathroom also has a bathtub. The apartment can be completely darkened. There are blinds or curtains on each window. Guest access There are a variety of parking options in the neighborhood, I always find a place when I come by car. Otherwise, the apartment is about 15 minutes by foot (and downhill) from the main train station. A very nice small organic shop (Rosmarin) is right on Herderplatz (3-minute walk from the apartment), where there is always fresh and delicious food. At the nearby Herderplatz you will also find the two best cafes in the city (Kaffeerösterei and Röstbüder) as well as a wine bar and the "Teebrüder." Furthermore, about thirty restaurants and a large number of cultural institutions are within 10 minutes' walk.
