This quaint cabin sits on the ridge of Chapel Creek Haven, a beautiful property where one can enjoy gorgeous views of Garden Valley and Crouch. Just an hour from Eagle, this cabin is very accessible to those looking for a quick mountain getaway. While winter traveling is never predictable, this cabin is! There is enough bedding to sleep 4 comfortably and the kitchenette and bathroom make for a very cozy stay. The space This quiet cabin is located very close to town, making the stores and restaurants very accessible. However, the cabin maintains a feel of seclusion and privacy with its spacious location on large acreage. Additionally, for most of the year, access is simple, easy, and predictable. However, during winter months, the snow and ice are real! During these few months, from November to March, we encourage bringing vehicles that have all wheel drive, snow tires, and the ability to chain up. While we do our best to keep snow plowed and the surface suitable, ultimately it is a location that is impossible to keep completely ice free. It is a mountain getaway for a reason! Guest access Parking is available right next to the cabin. Pull in and enjoy the ease of unloading your things without much of a hike! Other things to note There is another Cabin located in close proximity. These are the only two cabins on the ridge - but they are only 30 or so yards apart. The cabin's front doors do not face each other - but the other cabin may be occupied during your stay. Sometimes you may smell a sulfur/iron smell. This smell is from the minerals in the water.
