It features 147 feet of lake frontage with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom alcove (single bed), and a futon in the living room. There is a brand new fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, garage, and large patio space (600 sq. feet) overlooking the lake with stairs down to the lakefront dock. Two kayaks, a small sailboat, a paddle board are available for getting around the lake. Two grills for al fresco dining.
