Pueblo de Mar is 50 meters from the Terrazas al Mar exit. We are a complex of 11 apartments located in the quietest area of Las Grutas. Pueblo de Mar's unparalleled location offers access to the beach and sunsets over the sea that you'll want to see again. The apartments are designed so that you can find comfort away from home and relax. Our two-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 people and feature: ★ 1 bedroom with a double bed ★ 1 bedroom with two single beds ★ 1 sailor bed for one person ★ 1 full bathroom ★ 1 toilet ★ Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle. ★ Deck with grill ★ Parking for one vehicle ★ In all rooms there are ceiling fans and air conditioning in the living room. ★ Wifi - Starlink ★ Cable TV ★ Safe ★ Cleaning items ★ 2 beach chairs ★ This apartment does not have an ocean view but a garden view. The garden does have ocean views. From Pueblo de Mar, you can access the beach by the stairs of the Terrazas al Mar descent. This beach has a first part of sand and then a stone platform (this type of coast is called restinga). The stone is uncovered when the tide begins to go out. There are four tides a day: two high and two low. Even though the sea recedes about 500 meters every time it goes down, there is always a little beach so you can enjoy it all day! There is a pool dug into the stone for bathing when the tide is low, especially for children. Terrazas al Mar is one of the first descents and has no number. It is located almost at the entrance to Las Grutas, in the direction of San Antonio Oeste, and together with the descent named "La Rinconada", these are ideal beaches for fishing! Guest access The complex is serviced by its owner. Virginia Other things to note We have 3 two-bedroom apartments and all are assigned upon arrival, therefore the photos are illustrative and general. All stays include bedding and towels. We have only five one-bedroom apartments that have ocean views, but all overlook our beautiful garden that does have ocean views and is located in the central part of the complex. Ideal for sunbathing, sitting in a lounge chair to read or having a mate. Of course, children are the ones who enjoy it the most.
