Welcome to our lakefront getaway where family and friends relax on the deck or the dock as they gaze at the glittering night sky, laugh over a glass of wine in the kitchen, cozy up in front of the fireplace, or snuggle up under warm duvet covers! The space THE BASICS Fully equipped, refurbished 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom cottage, can easily accommodate 7. Just over an hour from Montreal, in the heart of the beautiful Laurentians on a motorized lake, just up the road from a local convenience store. The property is located on a shared one-acre lot with a magnificent view of Lac Ludger (aka Grand Lac Long, which connects to Lac Cardin), and is sunlit the entire day. Great for fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and waterskiing in the summer, and the ideal place to build a private skating rink, skidoo, or snowshoe in the winter. THE AREA Close to quaint towns for shopping, dining, sight-seeing, spas, entertainment (Blues Festival, Intimate Concert Series, Rythmes Tremblant, Casino), and sports (skiing, horseback riding, hiking, snowshoeing, skidoo trails, ziplining). Close to Mont-Tremblant, St-Jovite, Ste-Agathe, St-Donat, Val-David, St-Sauveur. KITCHEN Cook up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine available for your use. OUTDOOR Relax on the deck overlooking the lake, or enjoy the view from your private dock, have a cook-out on your BBQ, while you share your day with family and friends. Watch the birds gather at the feeders, listen to the hummingbirds as they whiz by, or simply stop and smell the flowers. COMFORT & ENTERTAINMENT On cold winter days, warm up by the fireplace in the living room while watching the skidoos, skaters, cross-country skiers, or snowshoers go by on the lake. In the living room, install your Apple TV box or Roku and/or log into the unlimited wifi for your own entertainment. If you have a boat, take a tour around the lake, or take along a fishing rod and head out for some fishing. Wake up early and watch the sunrise from the master bedroom, living room or lakefront deck or dock, or enjoy the setting sun in the kitchen while cooking up a meal. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, down duvets for the winter and quilts for the summer. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. All linens and towels are included in the cost of the rental. - Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed - Second Bedroom: Double bed - Third Bedroom: Double bed - Fourth Bedroom: Single bed BASEMENT Need a break from the kids? Escape to the finished basement, play on the Wii or on the oversized chess set, do some yoga or lift weights, or get that laundry done that’s been piling up. Nah - skip the laundry and simply relax and watch a movie. We love this home, and our lake neighbours. We encourage you to treat this home and those around you with the same caring and respect you would appreciate yourself. Pets allowed upon approval, and with a damage deposit. There is a $250 cleaning fee per month of stay. Please note that there is a minimum 3-month rental period during the summer (any consecutive 90 days between June 1 -September 30) and winter (any consecutive 90 days between December 1 - April 30).
