Mountain Retreat- Hot Tub & Close to 4 Major MTNS!

Whether you're looking for a summer adventure or winter ski retreat, this 3-bed, 3.5-bath Silverthorne home is the perfect family getaway! Conveniently located in the heart of Summit County, this vacation rental is ideally located for all your mountain needs. In the winter, hit the slopes, then come back to warm up in the private hot tub or by the fireplace. In the summer, spend your time enjoying some of the best alpine hiking, biking, fishing and golfing that the Colorado Rockies has to offer. The space This recently remodeled modern mountain chic 3 bedroom house boasts great views from the bountiful windows and has an inviting feel as soon as you walk in. There are 2 king beds, a king/twin bunk, and a full size sofa sleeper - allowing 9 to sleep comfortably. The house also has 2 designated living rooms; the main level living room/dining area and the lower garden level living room work well when one half the family wants to watch the game, and the other wants to entertain the little ones. The house has 3.5 baths, so no one is held up in the mornings getting ready for the slopes! All the bedrooms have ample closet space to store your belongings, and are equipped with comfortable beds and black-out shades to ensure a serene night of sleep after your mountain adventures. If you have an infant we also have a pack 'n play and highchair in the house. The house also has a large private hot tub - perfect to warm up in after a long day on the mountain! Conveniences like a washer & dryer, ski racks, a large walk in entry closet, and even a Tesla charger, makes the practical side of your stay met with ease. The space - Comfortable 3 Bedrooms + a full size pull out bed accommodating up to 9 guests - Great kitchen and dining area - Separate living rooms - one with a flat screen and the other with a pellet stove - Washer and dryer - Amazing private hot tub with a lovely view - VERY quiet neighborhood for a peaceful stay and good night of sleep. SKIING/SNOWBOARDING - Copper Mountain: 15 minute drive - Keystone Resort: 15 minute drive - Breckenridge: 25 minute drive - Arapahoe Basin: 25 minute drive - Vail: 35 minute drive - Beaver Creek: 45 minute drive - Steamboat Resort: 1hr 45 minute drive OTHER OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: - Willowbrook Hiking Trail is walking distance from our home - Willowbrook tennis and pickleball courts, kids' stocked fishing pond, and playground are in the neighborhood (pump track and climbing walls coming in late 2024). - World renowned trout fishing on the blue ribbon designated Blue River. - Walking/Biking Path along Blue River is within walking distance from our home - North Pond Park for Iceskating. Less than a half mile walk! - Rainbow Park is a 5 minute drive. We love the sledding hill for little ones and there are two playgrounds - one for little kids and one for larger kids, tennis courts, and a huge open field. - Silverthorne Recreation Center is next to Rainbow Park, which has recently been remodeled and has an indoor swimming pool. - Maryland Creek Park offers 20 acres of open space to explore on snow shoes and a great sledding hill. 4 minute drive! - Free cross country skiing at The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks - 2 minute drive. You must have your own equipment or can rent at Wildernest Sports. - Lake Dillon - 10 minute drive to bike paths around the lake (multiple bike rental shops), kayaking, paddle boarding, renting a pontoon boat (our favorite way to get out on the lake), sailing and cross country skiing in the winter. - Dillon Amphitheater: This is a newly renovated outdoor live music venue that overlooks Lake Dillon and the mountains. It is an 8 minute drive, and they have started attracting some of the same music as Red Rocks Amphitheater. The venue is spectacular! Many nearby restaurants, including Bluebird Market food hall 5 minutes away for food and arcade games! Don't miss Bistro North, Sauce on the Blue, and Timberline - some of our faves! Enjoy one of your mornings at Red buffalo coffee shop for a breakfast burrito and coffee or Enza's for breakfast or sandwiches to go for all of your mountain adventures. We also love their back patio along the river if you're eating there. Guest access Access to the entire home, including the private hot tub and fenced back yard. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. You may park 1 car in front of the garage and 2 additional in the spots across the street (first come, first serve). There is overflow parking at the neighborhood entrance off the highway. The house is located right off St Rd 6 and is easy access to Silverthorne and I-70. Other things to note PARTIES OR EVENTS There are strictly no parties or events allowed at the rental. PARKING Our community strictly prohibits street parking outside of our driveway and the 5 parking spots across the street that are first come, first serve. NOISE ORDINANCE Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 11pm (referencing the "Good Neighbor Guidelines" created by the Town of Silverthorne. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbors’ right to their quiet and peaceful enjoyment (this includes the use of the hot tub, so please be mindful of the noise levels when using the hot tub at night). Excessive noise is always prohibited. NO PETS We do not allow pets. CHILDPROOFING Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do provide a pack-n-play, and a highchair for guests to use at their own discretion. Again, we don't accept any risk for the use of these items during your stay.
