You might see me around sweeping the inside of the complex or outside area watering the plants. Also there are families that live in the complex as well so kids may be present and playing. (more common during holidays) but everyone is friendly and has lived there for many years. Guest access The Entire space is yours. The best access will be through the back entrance. The mailbox and laundry are by the front of the building. Laundry is under the first set of stairs. Other things to note ✨UPDATE: -NEWLY RENOVATED HARDWOOD FLOORING -FRESH NEW PAINT IN BEDROOM & BATHROOM -STRONGER WATER PRESSURE FOR SHOWER AND KITCHEN SINK -NEW SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS This place is great for daytime workers , travel nurses , digital nomads , remote workers , people transitioning to LA, and monthly vacationers. People have brought up issues with parking but there are simple ways around it and if you want to enjoy night time events I’d recommend ubering. During the day there are zero issues with parking. ( Plan ahead for street cleaning and set alarms) I kindly ask you help keep the plants alive. They are all low maintenance plants. During the winter they’d need watering once every 2 weeks and during the summer once a week. The toilet is sensitive and can’t take much TP so please hygiene products in the trash cans and don’t double flush. If toilet issues come up I don’t issue partial refunds but will have maintenance come fix the issues asap. (There shouldn’t be any issues since TP causes it) I do live here from time to time that’s why there was a recent gap in reviews. I’m currently going to travel for a couple months so I just need someone for the month.( Im flexible if you need to stay longer). I will have personal items above the closet space fyi but feel free to use anything in the kitchen and bedroom space. I do my best to accommodate all issues and resolve them as soon as possible!
