Modern Studio with Cabin Sauna and Outdoor Bath

Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio. The space Situated in the foothills of the gorgeous Illawarra escarpment, Studio on Park is the perfect base for a relaxed foodie's stay, or an adventure-filled getaway. Head east for an 8 minute drive to the beautiful beaches, cafes and restaurants of renowned Shellharbour Village. Head west for a 14 minute drive to Minnamurra Rainforest where you're bound to fall head over heels in love with Mother Nature on your walk. The beautiful Southern Highlands is also every foodie's paradise with only 30 minutes drive up the escarpement. Kitchen: - Fully self-catered kitchen with hidden dishwasher and fridge. - Combination microwave oven (works both ways) and a stovetop with all cooking supplies / pots and pans etc. - Salt and Pepper / Olive Oil and baking sheets / cling wrap and foil provided. Queen Bedroom: - Calming bedroom space with modern en-suite. - Underfloor heating in en-suite (perfect for the cold winter nights). - Heated towel rail in en-suite. - 100% French linen covers and queen size American oak bed. Outside: - Private side access for guests. - Free on street parking for guests (just park outside the Studio on Park gate) - Sauna - Outdoor bathtub and Outdoor Shower (both have hot and cold water taps) COOKING AND DINING Enjoy catering for your group in a modern, stylish kitchen. Two people can comfortably dine at the countertop bar stools, or head outside for the evening sun on the deck where there are also two outdoor seats. LIVING SPACE - Living area with a pull out sofa bed. Extra bedding are provided when there are more than 2 guests booked. GUEST PARKING AND ACCESS - Street Parking for guests - Private side access with tall timber fence all the way from the front guest gate to the accomodation. - Keys will be provided to guests upon arrival under specific instructions. YOUR STAY: Check in - 2pm Check out - 10am Keybox is available with access code for guests. Please do not request an early check in or late check out, unless absolutely necessary. We are getting too many requests. The times are there for a reason. Thank you for your understanding. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING : We can not accept for you to book, with the intend to send friends or family instead. It is also an Airbnb policy. For many reasons, the booking Airbnb account from which all communications with the host will be generated from must be from the main guest intending to stay. To resolve this, if you are the one wanting to book and pay for others, please send a request instead. HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES: We would appreciate it if you can follow Studio on Park's house rules below: - Please refrain from wearing shoes indoors. - Strictly no smoking. - No pets or animals. - No naked flames (i.e. use of candles, etc). - No parties or events. - Please refrain from playing loud music / commotion. - No unregistered guests / over-occupancy allowed. - Charges may apply for damage to property and theft. Tim and Zipporah (Hosts at Studio on Park) no Guest access There is a private side access off the main reisdence and keys will be provided to the guests upon their arrival. Inside are instructions on how to use the sauna. Lit up guest pathway at night as well as the pathway between the studio deck to the sauna. Street parking is also available to our guests. Aldi supermarket is just a minute's drive from the accomodation otherwise a 15 minutes walk. Nearest Woolworths is Albion Park (5 mins drive) and nearest Coles is at Shellharbour Stockland (10 mins drive) There are shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches, river walks, pools, sporting stadiums and more within a 10km radius of Studio on Park.
