The space The villa is special because of its - Location amidst nature - It's 2-3kms before Mall road. - Scenic views - Sliding glass Windows to Enjoy View. Guests can order food from nearby restaurants and can bring their own food! We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide - Power Backup ( inverter ) , Air Conditioner(Hot and Cold), WiFi, TV - Lawn Area - Housekeeping - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Heaters - Parking space - Bonfire setup on prior request The Space: This villa is built valley facing and is divided into 3 floors facilitated . There are 2 bedrooms on 1 Floor, 1 Bedroom on the Second floor and Living Room on Ground floor. BEDROOMS - Air Conditioner, WiFi, TV and En-suite bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have King size beds. - All rooms have full length Mirror. - Work Desk - Wardrobes - Attached Balcony BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms with top class bath fittings, hot water availability, Bath towels and basic toiletries. LIVING AREAS - There are 2 spacious Living areas. Guest access The Guests can access the entire 3 BHK Bungalow Other things to note - Please Contact me before booking the place for better understanding to avoid any confusion. -Please note : Any kind of smoking ( including hukka) is strictly not allowed at the premises. Smokers may smoke in the balcony using ashtray only. Smoking inside the home is strictly not acceptable. Please be very careful, as spilling something or ashes from cigarette may damage the property. On Violation of this rule Guests are liable to pay the fine Amount of 5000 INR. Kindly make sure the cigarette buds are disposed off and not thrown around in an around the Villa. -Its a brand new villa, Also this is a developing estate, you can experience construction sometimes. But construction is totally out of our hands. We try our best to give delightful experience to our guests. - Guests need to take a sanawar road from main Highway. Driving expertise will be needed ( common in Himachal ) My caretaker can guide you for location. - Our home stays are sanitized properly before Arrival of every Guest to Make sure of Hygiene Factor. FOOD -RO, microwave, refrigerator and basic crockery will be available . We don't allow cooking inside. But No worries about food thing as we have our seperate professional kitchen to serve meals on menu basis over there. Also you can order food from various nearby restaurants ACTIVITIES - Guests can request for Bonfire on extra chargeable basis. For BBQs guest's can carry their own BBQ stand n make your own.. my caretaker will help you for setup.. BBQ groceries on guests side. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, Inverter is Available. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - There are stairs to access the property. - AC is available in all Rooms . Big cabs like Tampo Traveller not allowed inside the society.
