The cottage on Goodyear Lake is conveniently located between Cooperstown and Oneonta. Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park are minutes from the cottage. The cottage features knotty pine throughout. There is a full kitchen with a cozy eating area that looks out over the lake. The living room features a pull out queen sofa bed, air conditioning (May-September) and an electric fireplace. Outside amenities include a deck overlooking the lake and a bbq grill. A gas station and minimart are down the road. They have your essentials. Walmart, grocery stores and lots of places to eat are within minutes. I am available to guests by cell phone or email. There is a driveway for parking. No parties or gatherings. Only the guests staying may use the property. No pets No smoking
