Newly renovated family home with 5 bedrooms, modern interior and large garden. Downstairs includes separate study and separate play room which comes with lots of toys. The garden has a 7-person hot-tub, small football goals, climbing frame, sandpit, trampoline, BBQ, large outside table and sofa. Nb this is our family home and contains our belongings. The space Upstairs has 4 double bedrooms and one single room (the single room has an additional single bed that is stored under the main bed). The master bedroom has a shower ensuite. There is a family bathroom with a bath / shower above. Please note, there is no longer a cot in one of the bedrooms (as per the picture) but a travel cot + mattress can be provided. Downstairs has a fabulous open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area + TV. There is a separate study and playroom. The playroom comes with toys plus it's own smart TV. There is a downstairs loo and small utility space. Outside boasts a large garden and large patio area. Children's toys and sandpit will be left for guests to enjoy. There is a 7 person hot tub and BBQ. Guest access Guests will have use of the whole property but please note this is our family home and some of our personal items will remain. We ensure all guests have ample storage for their own clothes and possessions. Other things to note Family groups / couples only please. No parties.
