Cozy private room near Lautersee/Ilsesee

Hi everyone! My place is ideal for solo travelers, students and business travelers. You'll love my place because of the beautiful location near Lautersee/Ilsesee and the forest. I offer a lovingly furnished room with a shared bathroom. The room is 10 m², has a 1.10 m wide comfortable bed, a wardrobe, recliner, coffee table and desk and TV. A coffee/tea maker is also available. The room is part of the apartment on the 2nd floor. The space The room for rent is part of a 3 1/2 room apartment that I live in myself. The kitchen can be shared, but not for cooking and baking. A refrigerator compartment is available. The property is close to the lake and forest, and shopping is just around the corner. The tram is a few minutes' walk away. Guest access The bicycle cellar and drying room for laundry is shared. During your stay Communication by phone, but also by WhatsApp. Other things to note The use of the washing machine is possible, but subject to charge. With the current high energy costs, I charge €4.50 without detergent and €5 with detergent. If you are interested in working here in the home office, please inform me about the request, as I myself work very often in the home office. I cannot issue a registration confirmation.
