Cozy private room near Lautersee/Ilsesee

Hi y'all, My place is ideal for solo travelers, students, and business travelers. You'll love my place because of the beautiful location near Lautersee/Ilsesee and the forest. I offer a lovingly furnished room with a shared bathroom. The room is 10 m² and has a cozy 1.10 m wide bed, a wardrobe, a relaxing armchair, a coffee table and a desk. A coffee/tea maker is also available. No internet!! The room is part of the apartment. The space The room for rent is part of a 3 1/2 room apartment that I live in myself. The kitchen can be shared, but not for cooking and baking. A refrigerator compartment is available. The property is close to the lake and forest, and shopping is just around the corner. The tram is a few minutes' walk away. Guest access The bicycle cellar and drying room for laundry is shared. During your stay Communication by phone, but also by WhatsApp. Other things to note The use of the washing machine is possible, but subject to a charge. With the current high energy costs, I charge €4 without laundry detergent and €4.50 with it. Please do not work from home in the room, as I myself work from home very often. I can't issue a registration confirmation. If you need something like this, please do not book with me.
