Swan House Tea Room Ensuite Bedroom 2 & Breakfast

Situated on the A48, overlooking the Cone Valley Brook, close to the beautiful Forest of Dean and a wealth of other stunning attractions, Swan House Tea Room is perfectly situated for a romantic get-away, short break or holiday. Swan House Tea Room is the perfect venue to enjoy a morning coffee, a glass of wine with lunch, a scrummy cream tea or a slice of delicious homemade cake. Afternoon tea is our speciality. The space Swan House Tea Room has been sympathetically restored and our tea room and luxury bedrooms offer modern amenities. With four luxury double ensuite bedrooms currently available (we will have 7 bedrooms eventually) with all the facilities you'd expect such as tea and coffee, hairdryer and shower products so you can fully relax in a comfortable space. You will be booking the pink room as illustrated in the images. Also available are rooms to the ground floor which are accessed through the arches. Swan Cottage offers self catering accommodation with a fully equipped modern kitchen (please ask for further details regarding cost). Photos to follow. Our other bedroom through the arches offers the same luxury and modern amenities as those in the main building. A continental breakfast is included in the price. Guest access Parking at Swan House Tea Room is free to patrons. During your stay We are available to answer your questions and offer assistance if required but we respect your privacy and recognise that you want to enjoy your holiday without interruptions. Other things to note Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs as Swan House Tea Room is a listed building and we were not permitted to make the necessary changes. Please note, all entrance and exit points involve the use of steps to the main building where breakfast is served. So even if you book ground floor accommodation unfortunately you will be unable access the main building. Our self catering cottage is, however, on the ground floor and would suit those who cannot manage steps but are happy to cater for themselves.
